The meeting point location is confusing and extremely crowded and disorganized. We made a line for 30min just to get our names checked. Because of the delay in the line, our tour
departed without us, and we were charged a 15 euro fee per person to reschedule at a later date. We started the tour 3 hours late all because of the disorganization of the local company. Once the tour started, our guide (Marco) was very knowledgeable and the tour was excellent. It is a shame that the experience was overshadowed by the lack of clear instructions and poor organization of the staff at
the meeting point prior to the tour.
Skip the line would have been good if the tour company that viator used had bought enough tickets for everybody. It took 45 minutes waiting for our tickets. Not happy.
