Eduardo and Mumford were wonderful tour guides! They were very entertaining and very informative about the areas we were touring. The falls were amazing and one of the highlights of our trip. Whilst it was a long day it was very worthwhile and something i would recommend to everyone, especially with this tour company.

Excellent tour, fantastic guide, collected on time, flown to Buffalo and totally awesome day. Buffet lunch at Sheraton which was great. Took great pics, had a wonderful time. Would totally recommend this tour, well worth the money.

We initially thought that this tour was very over priced, BUT we must say it was worth every penny! Our tour guide Guiseppe was wonderfull and very informative. Only one small gripe - we were unable to sit with our partners on the plane [both ways] a few people were complaining about this! Apart from that I would thouroughly recomend this tour.

This tour was not sufficiently well run we felt. Firstly, the group was taken to the wrong airport (La Guardia) only to be told that we had to go to JFK. It was unnecessarily long in that we could have departed back to NY at 5pm, but possibly due to the mixup in the morning, our flight left around 8pm. Also, the tour guide took us firstly to a souvenir shop prior to seeing the Falls and it felt like we were visiting this particular souvenir shop because he knew the staff. The Falls were magnificent from both sides, and the lunch was good, and it was well worth going but we can't help but wonder if we should have organised it ourselves, both in terms of time and cost (and tour guide).
