Alternatively, you can learn how to be a better driver and avoid accidents during the highway survival course.

Before you get into the car, you will be suited up and learn about the driving-techniques-and-safety protocols you need to know. Choose from two packages, the intro to racing or the highway to survival training.

Intro to Racing
In the one-day intro to racing course featuring the Camaro SS, this course combines advanced street driving skills with proven racing techniques to give you a hands-on experience like no other. You will get the real feel and some important knowledge of safety and strategy in racing. The fundamentals of steering weight transfer and braking techniques are reviewed and practiced. Other skills and exercises include: Skid control and accident avoidance, ABS and non ABS braking techniques. You will learn racing terminology and techniques that will help you search for speed including trail braking, throttle steer and heel & toe downshifting. All your new racing skills will be perfected on the 1.6-mile track after you have completed your basic drivers training on our training pad area. A great one-day program for the race enthusiasts where you'll learn skid control, proper line techniques, accident avoidance, and on-track driving.   

Highway Survival Training
The best way to build confidence is to acquire knowledge. Building confidence for driving requires knowledge and practice. The best education is a solid foundation of proper seating, proper positioning in your vehicle and knowledge of how and why a vehicle works and reacts to driver input. Simple information as well as advanced skills like managing skids, braking techniques, use of ABS systems and safe cornering are most of the areas addressed.
You'll learn advanced techniques to have more control over your car such as trail braking, shifting exercises, and throttle steer. The unique Accident Avoidance Simulator will put you in decision making situations within a safe, learning environment.
