Fantastic! Carlos has a very engaging personality. From the moment you meet him, you know you are in good hands. His airconditioned van is comfortable, filled with snacks and water bottles. Carlos is extremely knowledgeable about San Juan, and will cater the tour to your interests. Excellent command of English language. We give him an A+ rating, and recommend him to all.

Carlos did an amazing job! He was able to meet and anticipate the diverse needs of my in-laws and my children. Everyone enjoyed the tour of Old San Juan. I will recommned Carlos to everyone.
