You'll be picked up from your centrally located Noosa or Coolum hotel. Jump onboard the Noosa Everglades cruise and experience the tranquil, mirrored waterways of the Noosa Everglades.
After a delicious Aussie BBQ lunch you'll leave the boat behind and jump on a 4WD and weave your way through the ancient rainforests of Cooloola National Park and onto one of the most spectacular beaches in Australia. Discover the pristine dunal rainforests of Cooloola National Park, enjoy afternoon tea on remote beach stretches, visit the famous Coloured Sands and use 40 mile beach as our highway.
Afternoon tea is served on the beach at a shipwreck and from there you'll continue along 40 mile beach back to the mouth of the Noosa River. As you venture along the beach you can sight osprey, sea eagles and other ocean bird life. The occasional dolphin will entertain us and at certain times of the year, whales may be sighted.
The Cruise Boat - The Cooloola Queen
The Cooloola Queen caters for up to 49 people and offers an upper viewing deck - the perfect platform for not only viewing the spectacular scenery but a great place to enjoy the cool breezes of these tranquil waterways. The Cooloola Queen provides comfortable coach style seating, bathroom facilities, wheelchair access, and experienced skipper and friendly hostess who will provide you with an informative commentary about the waterways, the history and the region.
