• All guests must have a valid photo ID, check in all handbags and carry-ons and walk through a metal detector
• To ensure passengers' comfort and safety, helicopter seating is determined by weight, balance and size. Passengers must undergo a weigh-in before boarding the helicopter.
• Infant rates apply provided they do not occupy a seat
• Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
• All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking
• Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250 pounds. will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
