Great trip! Everglades was excellent. Could have done with more time in Biscayne Bay. It's really lively and plenty to do. Transfer was fine on pick up but he refused to drop us back to the hotel due to traffic however we couldn't see any traffic so we wasn't impressed with that.

Everglades was a great adventure.
Boat tour was boring!!!!!
The 2 elements of the trip were great - Airboat element of trip was the iconic everglades trip you would expect with pictures of "snappy" the baby crocodile at the end of it. Boat trip around Biscayne Bay was really well organised, great commentary on the boat with all the stars houses on Star Island and more pointed out. Our host / driver for the trip and the transfers themselves were very disappointing. The driver snapped out a few facts on the bus rides each way with none of the warmth that we come to expect from american hospitality. And when he had posters up in the bus (almost demanding) a 15% tip, which I thought was over the top!! All transfers were substantially late, so we were kept hanging around alot on our own, which spoilt the day somewhat.
