The boat ride itself was nice, about 35 minutes. There was singing which I enjoyed. The staff was helpful also
The negatives. My deal said there would be lunch served, no lunch was served. My package also included that we would be getting off a different location to have dinner at a restaurant. We got off at the same location and had to ask the people working there where the restaurant was. It took us 30 minutes to find the restaurant because it was in a corner street somewhere and looked very unclean. Also dinner wasn't going to be served for 2 hours. If you are going to advertise something as amazing gondola ride with dinner, I'd love for it to actually end with them taking you too a restaurant and you actually eating dinner.
I would strongly suggest not booking a ride from this particular part of Venice

it said we would share the gondola with one other couple.What we got, crammed on a boat with 2 other couples, the guy serenading was on a different boat they just crammed 3 boats together in the canal, dinner was included but 50 Euros for drinks? And it was cheaper had we paid onsite... by a lot
