Informative tour guide, learned a lot about the city that I didn't know before. Only show a small section of Venice, but that was fine.

The tour company gets a 5! Great organization and were wonderful when we got lost and had trouble finding the meeting spot.
Our city guide gets a 2. She had memorized her talk, was difficult to understand, spoke too quicky and in a monotone, and really couldn't answer questions (I don't think she understood the questions). The weather for us was dismal and the tour group of 21 was too large. Our time inside church was at noon during the mass and we could hear nothing the guide said...nor could anyone else. When asked to recap once outside, she spoke for less than a minute.
The boat trip at the end of the day was a 5+. Small group (6 in our case) in our own boat with a wonderful guide who anwered all our questions and was enthusiastic about Venice! Great way to see Venice!

Good trip. Walking tour excellent, although at certain times background noise overcame the audibility of the commentary received on the personal earpiece, this was a great shame as the guide was excellent and very knowledgeable when heard.

This tour was a waste of time!!! We only spent five minutes in the Cathedrial in St Marks Sqare. We were rushed out by our tour guide. only five minutes spent in the Cathedral... Watse of money plus the tour guiede was crap!!!!
