Recommended this tour as we may see Keelung city from top of hill while admiring the beautiful Buddhist temple, and we can enjoy the beautiful north coastline of Taiwan. The visit to Yehliu Park was also fantastic as the tour guide is professional and friendly to show us the important sites, including the famous Queen's Head and helped us to take memorable pictures with the Queen's Head as the background. The last stop to souvenir shop was also great since we may buy various kinds of Taiwanese snacks as gifts. Unfortunately, the weather during the tour was rainy. I suggest the tour to prepare disposible raincoat for us to cover from the rain.

We enjoyed the tour despite the very wet and cold weather. The park had many people but we still managed to see most of the sights. The coastal drive was lovely. The guide could speak fairly good English.
I do wish that we had been told when booking the tour that there was going to be a stop at a duty-free shop. We were not particularly keen to go to the shop but at least the sales people were not too pushy.

Our guide was friendly and entertaining. He picked us up on time and drove to Keelung.
There are lots of people - both locals and tourists - during the weekend. Best to time the visit during weekdays.
Also, check out the market for the lcoal fare.
I would have enjoyed this more if it wasn't so crowded with rude noisy visitors who openly smoked and crossed warning lines to take photos. The sea and the lovely structures were obscured by the stream of visitors and I just wished for the visit to end.

Not one of the best trips although the Northern Coast is definitely worth seeing if the weather plays along. It was raining heavily and the driver didn't seem to be particularly well informed about anything or particularly interested in telling us anything. He dropped us at Keelung and disappeared leaving us to make what we could of the view point (in the rain) and came back 10-15 minutes later than the agreed time. The rest of the tour was about the same but the time at the Geopark seems rather short given the time needed to get through the crowds and actually look at the stone formations. To end the day, the bus finally broke down at the tourist shop at the end of the tour. But the tour guide did organise taxis for us all to get us back to the hotels. To give him his due, on a later trip with the same driver, he was much better so maybe he was just having a bad day (like the weather).
