The shopper was great but I could have used a lot more time! The welcome was not very good, though. I think when paying extra, you should have a bit more attention paid; instead of being directed where to go you should be escorted!

Macy's was not very organized with this package. I had to call long distance multiple times to make appointments in the different areas. Sometimes the people I was referred to had no idea what I was talking about. It was a good value for the price if you ended up buying a lot.
