The tour itself was great, but the booking experience had me wondering if I had made the right choice. When I emailed the San Diego tour operator about hotel pickup, I received an extremely rude reply. However, I brought it to the attention of her supervisor and she did apologize for it.

The tour guide driver was superb. However, we were too much on our own. It would be nice if you would include in the tour Shelter Island, or figure out another tour that would include these places. Seaport Village could be replaced by something else. We thought that the tour was shorter than the one we took last Fall.

The City Tour was very good, although paying the extra money to be driven to Seaport Village had no value whatsoever.
