Highly recommend! We stopped for wine and olive oil tasting at a winery type area and it was one of my favorite things on our trip. Scenery was gorgeous seeing all of the hill towns. Guide was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed the day very much.

This is a must if you have not seen the David. Remarkable. We did some great shopping.

We used it strictly as a shuttle. It was nice not to have to deal with a train.

I was essentially "catching a ride" on board the bus with people who were actually touring Florence, so we stopped 4 times before entering the city. If I were on a tour it would had been fine, but as a "shuttle" I was expecting a fast ride to the city and then a ride home at night, so I lost a lot of time with all of the stopping. Next time if I want a "shuttle" I will know better to take the train.

A simple 2.5 hour trip took close to 6 hours. They also called a taxi to pick us up from the drop off point and the taxi charged for the phone call and waiting time, which did not take place. I do not recommend this.
