It was OK. Bit hard to find the booking desk at the Airport.

Wow, they drive fast in Italy. We waited over two hours for our ride, due to our flight being delayed. The driver talked on his cell phone the entire way to our hotel. He drove like he was in a race! We made it though!

Good value for the price but the position of the margana kiosk in the airport gave us problems. With no designated waiting area we were picked up by a non-english speaking driver from the company in the next booth. He read our ticket are we simply followed him to the coach, travelled into Rome then were told we would have to pay again because the driver had been taken by mistake. A clearly marked waiting area for margana travel customers would have saved me 60 euros for a two-person transfer that id a;ready paid for with viator. The return transfer (by a proper margana driver) was prompt and got us to the airport in plenty of time

After 14 hours travelling we arrived in Rome looking forward to going to our hotel quickly.
The lady in the office did not acknowledge our presence for 4 to 5 minutes while she worked on the computer. Having flown BA where you felt the crew treated you as important this was a rude awakening to Italians. We then had to wait 50 minutes till we were taken to our hotel
Much easier and quicker to use the train or bus then a cab
Driver was late and we had to wait 1hr and 15mins at the airport. When driven to our hotel, the driver parked across the street instead of in front of the hotel. He did not point out where our hotel was, he just left us in front of a restaurant. Luckily, the restaurant was still opened after 10pm and a worker there was able to direct us to the hotel, which had no sign in the front. Overall, I was say we had a bad experience with this company and driver.
