Our private Rome excursion was fabulous. The tour guide was the best tour guide I have ever had, anywhere. She spoke multiple languages, was easy to understand, interesting and full of information. She was nothing short of perfection. On the other hand, our bus driver was several hours late picking us up which cut into our time in Rome. We didn't get to experience everything and felt a little rushed because of him. The trip got off to a very rocky start at the port but the guide was so interesting, we quickly forgot about our late pick-up.

The guides were very knowledgeable, the tour in itself was worth the money and we were able to to see what we wanted on our own steam. We loved it. Thank you.

The tour itself was wonderful! Our tour guide was the best guide we have ever had. She told us the history of everything we went to see and spoke 11 languages fluently, so we had no problem understanding her. We were able to see everything possible in the shortest amount of time. The only drawback, and it was a real problem, was that the bus driver was an hour late and was extremely rude to us. He didn't speak to us at all the whole time we were on the tour and tried to blame us for his lateness. We had all gotten up at 5:00 in the morning to be there early for our 7:30 tour and he didn't show up until 830, saying he had been sitting at the wrong dock. The tour guide made up for his rudeness, however, and did everything she could to make our tour great for us.
