Fascinating trip to Naples and the ruins of Ancient Pompeii. A lovely three course typical Italian lunch was included in the price and that added to a very enjoyable day out.

Wonderful! We were picked up at our hotel and dropped off there at the end of a long day of touring. Our guides were great, particularly our guide for Pompeii, Mr. Nandi. Such a good option if you only have a short time to see as much as possible!

Pompeii was just unbelievable! We had studied up on it beforehand, but our guide was great and just made the city come alive again. The drive thru the countryside to Naples/Pompeii was interesting also. It makes for a long day, but it was so worth it!

We enjoyed a comfortable bus ride, after being picked-up from our rented apartment. We only got to view Naples by bus, which was a bit disappointing. Also, we had lunch at 3:30 in the afternoon (included). Since we were picked-up at 6:30 in the morning, this meant a long delay between meals. I would advise future passengers to pack a decent snack in order to have the necessary energy to visit Pompeii! The local tour guide was very basic with his info, but we a very large group- the majority of whom were Spanish so the tour was repeated in both English and Spanish. We felt "on a short chain" but again, we were a large crowd of over 40 people. Not a bad experience, part of the overall Italian adventure!
