This was an amazing night out. The Rome Illumination Tour was worth every penny. We spent approximately one hour touring the City then we went to a lovely restaurant for our 4 course meal near the Vatican City. The restaurant staff serenaded us in traditional Italian style. It was lovely. Food was exceptional. There were 9 of us at the table, sharing 6 bottles of wine. Good value. Then back on the coach to finish the tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. The sights covered were amazing. Dinner was plentiful with good Italian entertainment.

Our tour guide was great and told us lots of interesting facts we hadn't heard on the day tour bus commentary. Unfortunately, we must have had the grumpiest, rudest driver in Rome that evening, but the guide more than made up for him. The restaurant was good, basic Italian food, and it was fun to have a photo taken with a gladiator. We also had opera singers to entertain us during our meal, and they were very good.

We enjoyed the trip immensely and would recommend it over others because of the dinner, picture, and wonderful baritone singer. It would have been nice to have seen a little more of Rome at an earlier time, instead of spending time in the tour office.

Wonderful value, a superb night, an informative tour with a great guide even his jokes are good!! Good food too, not a cheap hidden-away place neither. Excellent entertainment with two very well trained singers who kept to light songs while we ate. These memories will stay with us for a long time. Again you could not do this yourself any cheaper. First class!
