This was a lovely way to get out of Rome and see a bit of the countryside around you.

The view of Castelgandolfo was from a distance and while traveling; it would have been nice to at least get some pictures!

I was a bit disappointed with this as the windows on the bus were darkened, so as it was starting to get dark we couldn't see anything. We were out in the country, and all we could see was the lights of the places. We couldn't get any photos, so it was just a pity we couldn't have been done it earlier on in the day and on a bus with normal windows. Apart from that, the tour guide tried her best, and the trip to the little restaurant for the wine tasting was lovely.

The tour was beautiful and the tour guide was great. But practically the whole tour took place on the bus. You only get out of the bus at two places. The only castle you will be able to see when the bus stops is the Frascati Castle. But do not expect to tour it, you can only see it from a distance. So I feel like the name of this tour is misleading because three of these castles you will just drive by and do not blink because you may miss them. I think it was a little to pricey for the amount of stuff you will see from the bus.
