Great to be met and warmly greeted coming out of customs and driven swiftly to my hotel in comfort. Driver (in both directions), Maria de Fatima was ready and waiting in hotel lobby for return transfer and provided an excellent friendly service. I forgot my jacket on the back seat but as I was returning to Rio GIG airport a few days later in transit Maria kept it safe for me and returned it personally to me. I really can't praise her enough!

Overall Excellent experience. This was my first time to Rio de Janerio and was not too sure about the local transportation and hence chose thisoption. On arrival my viator contact (Maria Oliveira) was right there at the airport with the signboard and the transfer from airport to hotel was safe and seamless with some very useful information about the place shared during the drive. Also on the return journey the Maria was at the hotel before time and drove me through another scenic route of the city thus giving the trip a great finish ! . I would recommend this to my fellow travellers and would also like to thank Maria Oliveira for being an excellent guide for this city.

Definitely recommend this to all! The traffic can be very bad in Rio so it is best to leave the transportation to the pros! It was the best feeling to hop off a long haul flight to find a wonderful driver/guide waiting for us. She was friendly and also knowledgeable about touristic attractions and touristic tips. This was a great start to our Rio trip.

Easy and reliable. Our flight was delayed arriving and Rio but our driver was there! I would recommend this to everyone - the last thing you want to worry about after a long flight is transportation to the hotel!
