This was an excellent tour, very informative and interesting. It was very sad to see all the artwork of the children (and others in the ghetto) and to imagine what life must have been like for them, and knowing that most did not survive. The prison was even more confronting. The small tour group size provided lots of opportunities for asking questions.

Positive, good tour guide, spoke English and was respective of the material. Comfortable bus. Good variety of stops. Informed tour guides at each location. Fascinating information/history at each stop. Negative: Felt rushed at a few locations, could have used 1-2 more hours. Would have liked to see more of Terezin, we only saw the museum.

Overall it was a really good day, the negatives should not detract from the tour...they are more suggestions than anything else.

Terezin was very interesting and worth the trip from Prague but the VIator guide seemed disinterested and was not informative

I visited Prague because i wanted to see a concentration camp with my own eyes. As a historical buff on the Holocaust, it was intense to actually walk where millions of people died. I felt that the tour guide from Viator was very disorganized, and was unable to answer our "unscripted." questions. It seemed like he was just for hire and that day, and did not even know where he was going. Not only that, but he had a hearing problem and could not hear us. The trip was saved by the guide who worked at Terezin and who could offer many insights into the time, and was very empathetic. As a Jew, this tour requires sensitive treatment by the guide. Last year I went on two tours with Viator with great guides. This tour guide was substandard.
