Overall a decent tour, Versailles was packed with peoples but we got in and out quickly. Our guides were well informed, answered questions, kept the group moving and were overall super helpful. Bus tour just highlights the places we were looking for. Eiffel Tower and Seine river cruise we were at our own pace. One star off because - Hello! Why we were in Paris but sitting in an Irish restaurant and eating Irish lunch and pay extremely pricy drink?

English speaking tour guide at Versailles was hard to understand, the included lunch was a disgrace, and at the end of the tour right after the Eiffel Tower we were left on our own to find our way to the River Cruise...Please understand these were the negatives that can be improved upon, but the overall Day Trip included many wonderful sites was great value for your dollar.

apart from the last pit of the tour which was drop off at Eiffel tour and not at the Viator center, which was way out from our hotel, the tour was great. We liked it and meeting new people made us booked the Disneyland aswell with Viator at the desk and that was great aswell.Thank you for a lovely time

This was a good, but strange day. The office staff of this tour company were not very friendly-- the one clerk yelled at us to CLOSE THE DOOR when we got to the office, and derided me later for not having done so (I couldn't, there were other people trying to get in, too). The bus driver and the tour guide were fairly personable, though, and were helpful, especially when we returned from Versailles, and no one seemed to know where we were to go to next-- this 4 part tour is actually just 4 different tours that they book you on in one day, so we were with a different group for each section--bizarre!. So-- Versailles--a beautiful icon, but so obnoxiously overcrowded and rushed that I couldn't recommend it as a destination. I would go back some time to wander the gardens, but the guide told us Tuesday (the day we were there) was the worst possible day to go to Versailles. So that made sense. Lunch--bizarre--our tour guide chased down the street after another one to take us to lunch with her group of Spanish-only-speakers. We all sat together in an IRISH PUB. The last thing I would have expected for a Paris Lunch. Food was adequate. Next, back to a different office for another bus, which eventually ended at the Eiffel Tower. We were herded to the line, and given our tickets for that, and for the Seine cruise, which, it turned out, you could take any time within the next year. That is what we ended up doing 2 mornings later, when the Louvre tour guide did not show up to take us to the Louvre. Very, very bizarre experiences in Paris with Viator.
