There was no one to meet us at the station. The train arrived on time and we walked to the end of the platform as arranged and waited for 10 minutes. I then called the phone numbers on the voucher and listened to a recorded message in French which I could not understand. After waiting for 30 minutes we were about to leave the station and catch a taxi when I saw a man carrying a Paris shuttle sign just in front of his trousers so I asked to see the name on his sign and it was mine. Why was he not holding the sign up high so I could see it? Why was he 30 minutes late? I am very dissatisfied with this service and I will use another company next time.
