Great tour to get a quick view of London with all the major sights covered on the hop on hop off bus. Had to wait for an hour after train arrived in London to get the next hop on hop off bus but gave time to eat and recharge after the train trip.

Excellent tour! However, better service is required when the weather is bad. We stood at Gard Nord in hollowing wind waiting for the gate to open. The customer service person had no plan or clue how the deal this event. That said, the rest of the tour of London was great!

Unfortunately I did not enjoy the day trip due to a long delay accounted before the train entered the tunnel. We were told about getting a discount on a next trip valid for a year. When we got to London, the tour bus was unavailable at the area we were .We were told to get a taxi to board it by Madame Tussauds Theatre. There was also delay in the return scheduled we got back to Paris by 12am.

The train to London arrived on time, yet the tour bus had already passed, leaving us to wait an hour for the next bus. London traffic is insane and travelling on the tour bus was frustrating at least as walking is faster. This including a protest that put the traffic at a standstill made this trip an utter waste of time.

I was very dissapointed with the trip. The company did not book the times advertised and I wasted valuable time. I would not book with this company ever again.
