This was a great experience from start to finish. Simon, our guide picked me up promptly. He was friendly, well versed, and gave great directions and information throughout our excursion. The gardens are lush and pretty. Waterlilies and bridges and house did not disappoint. Hint : visit the Waterlilies at the Orangerie, Paris, as well to appreciate the genius of this painter. I learned so much from Simon. Great afternoon!

Lovely scenery and trip through small villages.

The trip was interesting and informative although the best part for me was the exquisitely beautiful scenery in Normandy en route! It certainly inspired me to return to explore it more.

So-so. Paris City Tours drives you out to the gardens (which is far from the city - 1 hour maybe). Guide shows you quick layout of property and you're on your own. Willow tree/pond area was nice. I would only recommend doing this tour if you have spare time to kill in Paris. There are other more interesting things to do/see unless you're a huge Claude Monet fan. It was nice however to get out the hussle and bussle of the city.

Our "tour guide" gave a two minute review of Monet's life and then dropped us off at the Monet gardens. His accent was so thick and he spoke so fast that we hardly heard or understood much of what he was saying. We have had wonderful experiences on our previous viator tours, but this one was an absolute disappointment.
