The food was delicious! Wine great! We sat at an inside table for 6. The other people at our table were great. We sat and ate and made new friends. Very enjoyable experience.

Great way to see the city and enjoy a fairly good meal. Boat was a little crowded and service was hurried. But great tour.

Wonderful experience in perfect weather conditions - the time just flew by! Perfect for first-time visitors or to celebrate a special occasion. Surprisingly friendly English-speaking service, excellent food and plenty of wine --- also enjoyed the live music. We had the perfect spot next to the window in Premier Service and could not have been happier. There is an opportunity to improve the hotel pick-up. The driver was extremely courteous and whisked us back to the hotel in no time after the cruise as well, but pick-up was a challenge. They showed up in a "Grayline" minibus with no other signage, but luckily we had talked to the concierge to let him know we were waiting to be picked up. At the other hotels we ended up waiting EVERY TIME for others as there was a lot of confusion about how to identify the driver and the vehicle. I think this could be improved by requesting everyone to wait at the concierge desk and let the concierge know what they are waiting for. Also, if people are running late let them take a taxi instead. Now we were among the last to board at 8 p.m. cruise started at 830 p.m.--- would have been nice to optimize the time on the boat and to get there a bit earlier, take pictures of the Eiffel Tower etc. Minor things, so overall a night to remember!
