I am usually leery about a trip that gets reviews that are "too good". It normally does not meet our expectations. This trip was exceptional. The guide was professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and the small group got along well. Overall, it more than met the high expectations.

The tour guide was absolutely wonderful. She was very accommodating and knows her history. She took the time to make sure we understood what she was describing and tailored the tour to fit our needs. Would recommend her to anyone - she is a great asset to your company!

Great tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. She managed to stay in good spirits despite the difficulties we had getting out of Nice in the morning because of all the road closures due to the Nice marathon!
In terms of the tour itself, I found Cannes a bit of a disappointment and is barely worth the stop to visit, in my opinion.
First of all, it's one of those tours where they thought tourists are stupid and can be fooled by any information. The tour no-way covered Provence. It's a tour of part of French riviera. Cannes is not Provence as anybody can see from the map about it's location. Gourdon was nice, but St Paul deVence are definitely worth the visit. I would have given 4-5 star if the tour actually named it correctly. But one does not need a tour to do St Paul - you can take bus 400 from Nice centre and it goes all the way upto St Paul de Vence. Takes about 45-60min. Highly recommend the bus trip.
