Our tour guide was wonderful as we had a difficult start due to public transport strike-had to wait 40mins for 2nd bus to arrive. She was very apologetic and supportive, but it was beyond her control. She handled the group very well as she had to translate in English and French. Her knowledge, enthusiasm and sense of humour were all displayed during our tour. Our only suggestion would be that it would be easier to hear everything with the use of a michrophone. Very enjoyable tour, thanks.

The tour itself, the guide and Pompeii was fine. But the bus which was used was not OK. The seat I got (the only free seat) was very defective, and impossible to sit on, The safetybelt could not be used. I arrived at Pompeii with a hurting back. Not acceptable.
