Our tour guide, a retired US Soldier who moved to Munich, was extremely knowledgeable and we enjoyed this tour immensely. Because our guide did not walk as quickly as other guides we had on previous tours the pace was easier, and yet the various stops and descriptions he gave of buildings and other monuments were eye opening for us. This tour is ideal for anyone who is a WWII history buff and for anyone who wants to see a side of Munich not readily observed at first glance. Our tour guide kindly allowed us to take pictures of the historical binders they bring with them to show you how buildings appeared during that point in history and this is wonderful as many of those pictures are not available to the general public. We definitely recommend this tour to others along with a suggestion. Any opportunity you have to extend your stay in Berlin is worthwhile.
