- King prawn Salad with fruit coulis dressing
- Roast vegetables with tandoori paste, rocket salad and mint yoghurt
- Confit duck leg with lentil salad
Main Course A choice of one of the following:
- Char grilled chicken breast stuffed with Brie, semi-dried tomatoes on couscous with a tarragon cream sauces
- Crispy skinned Moroccan salmon with potato rosti, avocado salsa and caper mayonnaise
- Pan fried eye fillet with roasted seasonal vegetables, porcini mushroom cream sauce and black garlic butter
- Grilled polenta, mushroom ratatouille, palm hearts, vincotto and truffle oil
