The shuttle service was very professional and efficient - got us there quicker than expected! The driver was very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to book again.

Very comfortable ride! Pickup was on time, comfortable temperature and smooth ride. Trip took a little longer than expected as our hotel was outside of the downtown area - total time approximately 3.5 hours from LA to San Diego, including picking up of other guests and traffic. This is definitely the best way to travel between the two cities, much better than public transport, and no hassle of a rental car. Minimal commentary along the way as you travel the highway for the most part.

My driver was absolutely the best. He went out of his way to keep passengers informed and to ensure their comfort.

Wouldn't use this option again, renting a car with drop off is cheaper, more efficient, time saving. While the workers seemed to be nice people, but most did not know what was going on. I was not in a hurry, but felt I was adrift.

We were picked up promptly as promised around 07.15 hours and the company had phoned us the day before to re-confirm our booking - very good of them to do this BUT we arrived at our hotel in San Diego at 11.45 hours -- four and one-half hours later -- even though the driver had twice reassured us we would arrive by ten o'clock several delays on picking up passengers around Disneyland really had us. We could have rented a car and suffered a drop-off charge in San Diego for less -- and gotten to our destination in less than half the time.
