The shuttle came late to pick us up,but the journey to our hotel was smooth and efficient.kindly do let me the shuttle services at other US airports so that we book in advance to make our US Tour more enjoyable and cost effective. Kindly make the pick time faster. Best of Luck and HAPPY DAYS.

Very efficient and quick service

Our arrival time was 11pm. After check-out and baggage claimed, it was about 11:30pm. We have been waiting about 10mins to get a van that could send us to our hotel. Happen that we were the last 2 passengers for that van (there were 7-passenger in total including us) and so the waiting time just took us 10mins plus 45mins journey to reach our hotel.

The super shuttle did not come as often as promised. The person who was supposed to be on duty was not there, and thus we had to wait almost an hour for a shuttle bus versus 20 minutes. We were not impressed. Once they arrived andf apologized, it was easy to get to our hotel, but the wait time was highly unpleasant.

Don't use this service. Luggage packed into back of van haphazardly, piled up over the back of the seats, nothing secured. Dangerous for passengers, high risk of serious injury for passengers in back seat with luggage moving around with every corner, glad we didn't stop suddenly. We had to hold the bags in place over our heads as they kept hitting us when we were moving.
