Windsor Castle
Over 900 years of royal history await at Windsor Castle, perched high above the River Thames just outside London. Windsor is the largest continuously occupied castle in the world, and is also home to the splendor of St. George's Chapel and the State Apartments. After your visit to Windsor, you'll take a drive through Runnymede, where King John signed the Magna Carta. During the day you will stop for lunch in a charming English pub complete with thatched roof (not included in tour cost until April 1).
Stonehenge
The most famous prehistoric monument in the world, and now a World Heritage Site, Stonehenge stands alone in the vast emptiness of Salisbury plain. The site's origins date back nearly 5,000 years and it has long been a site of spiritual worship. There will be plenty of time to marvel at this ancient feat of engineering and design, and you'll also see the great stone circle at Avebury.
Oxford
Spend one hour exploring Oxford, one of the world's greatest academic institutions. Your guide will take you on a walking tour and tell you about the traditions of college life in the town's charming honey-colored stone buildings set around ivy-clad quadrangles. While in Oxford you can enjoy (until March 31) a traditional cream tea in a tea shop and taste delicious freshly baked scones (From April 1) you can enjoy a extensive walking tour of Oxford.
