Very impressed with the car that picked my husband and I up. It was a Mercedes and I felt I was in first class!

You could not ask for better. Although this is listed as a "shared transfer" we were th eonly ones the driver picked up and he took us directly to our hotel. The driver was waiting for us at Heathrow with a sign in hand, making it very easy to find.
