Awesome and on time. Customs at Heathrow take a while and can delay you. If you are getting close to that time that the driver will leave after make sure that you call the company and let them know what is going on and the driver will wait a little longer.

The driver was on time, but he dropped us at the wrong hotel. We had no idea there were 2 hotels with the same name in Kensington. We did give the correct address when we booked the trip.
