The food was cold and not enough options, the place looks not very clean and need to have more thinks to do in until you are waiting for your flight.

Nice lounge from what I saw of it. Unfortunately my flights weren't connecting and I had to claim my luggage which meant I couldn't use the lounge until 9hrs into my 12hour stopover. If I knew this before I wouldnt have spent the money on a 12hr pass, when I only was able to use it for 30mins!

We had to use an alternate site as the Premium Lounge is currently being upgraded ready for re opening in July. We found it to be quite adequate for our 6 hrs. However, food options were very limited. Chairs would be much better if reclining so legs can be rested better. Staff were very courteous and helpful and removed dirty dishes etc very promptly. Only one cold shower - miserable! Hope new lounge is much better than this - should have been a reduced price during renovation.

I had 6hrs between flights so booked the lounge so I could have a hot shower and freshen up.
Unfortunately the lounge was in a temporary site and had no hot water.
I dont think its acceptable to charge people to access a "premium" lounge and not provide hot water for showers. Very disappointing.
