Driver was early and waiting for us when we came down to check out of hotel, fast and efficient service, no problems and made the process stress free.

My pick up driver from KL (KLIA) to hotel, was a bit crumpy, and not LCCT (domestic) agaon really great.
My only complaint....As I am a solo traveller, I cant seem to book tours from Aussie end, but as I said Alvin came to the rescue.
