The highlight of our trip in Florence. Food was excellent, and our chef was charming. Everything was laid out and ready. One member could not eat chocolate or drink red wine, and necessary changes were made that fit all needs.

This was brilliant! I can't fault a single bit of the night. My wife and I went on this as part of our honeymoon in Florence. We had a great night, met some lovely people and learned to cook some great food.

The staff at the school was helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly, and our meal turned out great. We also met some very interesting fellow "cooks" from both Europe and the States.
