Fabulous tour. Tour guide was exceptional.
Avoided all lines, took us to all important sites, explanations and insights into artists were exceptional. Highly recommend taking this tour.
excellent trip. Guide was wonderful . Would definitely recommend a tour rather than trying to book ticket and find own way around the gallery.

The visit was great. Our guide was fantastic. I learned quite a bit. I was disappointed to have to wait to enter. It took us 30 minutes to get in once we got our ticket. So skipping the lines after a fashion. There is still a line for groups. Maybe not as long, but a wait still.

It was very confusing at the end of the tour. We were given directions as how to get to the other galleries, but couldn't find them and no one was able to help us. The tour guide seemed tired (end of the day tour), and ready to go home. She was, however, very knowledgeable about the pieces that she selected to talk about. We had hoped for a longer time to view the other paintings. There were four people who had arrived 15 minutes late, and the rest of the group had to wait for them. This was unacceptable.
