Our first visit to Ireland. Aunt aged 88 and myself 64. We had a fabulous few days. The transfers from airport to hotel were scenic and very interesting and a great deal of fun. Would thoroughly recommend.

The service itself was good and made our arrival after an overnight flight easier. But the car that picked us up was a simple older model that I didn't recognize, not the Mercedes that was listed on the website when I booked it.

Driver was very nice, but over 40 minutes late for pick up. Also, we had to walk in the rain, pulling our luggage to where car was parked at Dublin airport.

Picked up on time by the driver from airport. Very friendly person. But got lost on the way to the hotel.

Left the baggage area late as some cases did not arrive and had to wait for the final cases to be placed on the carousel before we could report the missing cases. By the time we left the baggage area, there was no sight of the shuttle driver. Phoned the number on the booking confirmation and a gentleman did arrive to assist us, which we appreciate. However the vehicle then supplied was a taxi with no ventilation to the main seating area. The condition of the vehicle contributed to the fact that we felt that this was not value for money and that the service we received could have a better and more comfortable ride on the bus service from the airport.
