Terrible!!! We arrived at night after a long flight with a young child, thinking we had pre arranged our transport to the hotel. We found the tour rep with the clipbpoard showing our name straight away. He asked us to stand to one side while we waited for the car. He then ignored us and went back to look for other passengers, Despite us asking him several times where our car was, some 30 minutes later our transport arrived. This was actually a mini bus that looked like it had just come straight back from a tour. It was very dirty inside with rubbish and sweet wrappers left on the seats. We had a grumble about this when we got to the hotel and were checking in. We found our we could have been picked up by their limo for £10 less each way. The same "not clean" mini bus was also used for our departure transfer. In summary - Overpriced with dirty transport and very poor service. Would not recommend or use the airport transfers again
