Excellent value for money. We were greeted prior to the passport control in Dubai, taken through express passport check, luggage identified and taken to waiting car to Jumeriah beach. Very smooth & recommended.

This was spectacular.

Excellent service, with the staff somehow meet us as soon as we stepped off the plane not sure how he managed to get to that side of passport control etc! Although as we flew business and were among the first off the plane, I'm not sure would we have found the guide if we hadn't stopped at the toilet as he was walking past the toilet with our names on a sign as we came out! He helped us with our luggage to a very comfortable people carrier air conditioned, obviously! which was awaiting us close to the door of the terminal with a separate driver. Only thing I didn't like was they'd set up a "welcome meeting" with us a couple of days after our arrival which was basically an opportunity for them to try to sell us more tours - we didn't attend this but confirmed that was what it was with the guide and when we didn't attend we got a "you missed your meeting" letter left in our hotel room! Transfer itself was excellent, efficient and comfortable and I'd recommend it.

Excellent. Nice to walk out of customs and immigration and have them waiting for us, even after a lengthy delay in baggage arrival.

As we arrived driver was waiting for us at the airport, nice and easy. The driver was very friendly, very professional and concerned for our well being. He gave us an explanation of places to visit as he was driving us to the hotel. It was almost like a mini tour, would definitely use again.
