I got my bag at Midway airport and found the shuttle kiosk so easily. I would recommend this service to anyone not renting a car in a big city. Within minutes of finding the shuttle we were off to our downtown hotels. Friendly and competent driver. GREAT Service!

Very good service - quick, simple and efficient. I only needed the transfer from ORD to hotel in downtown Chicago and this was second time I used this service. Cheaper than a cab if you don't mind sharing and you're not in a great rush.

The service to the hotel was very good with a great driver once the shuttle arrived. I was advised the shuttle ran every 10-15 minutes, but had to wait nearly 30 minutes. There were others there that had been waiting even longer.

The trip was good and convenient for a late evening arrival. Driver was very friendly. However, the service at the desk left a bit to be desired. Basically just a go out there and wait. Would recommend this for an arrival late at night, if you have a lot of luggage or are going to an out of the way hotel.
