Great trip! No improvements to suggest.

We had a great tour. Victor was very knowledgeable and made the 2/12 hour drive there interesting. The bus was modern and comfortable. The lunch buffet included was delicious and the bottle dancers very entertaining. I recommend this tour company.

Great trip, they pick you up from hotel and go to a meeting point where they separate you (English, Spanish). You first go to the Cenote, for about 45 mins, nice little side trip. You then go to a "Mayan Village" which is just a small strip mall with marked up merchandise (a tourist trap). Wait till you get to Chichen Itza, same stuff, better prices especially if you bargain with them plus more selection. You have lunch at the” village” which was a small buffet (included), but you do have to pay for drinks, plus a little show. Then it was off to Chichen Itza, first hour was a guide tour, then it was on your own for an hour. Time to get there and back was 2 hours each way. Could have skipped the village and spent more time at Chichen Itza, which is my biggest complaint. At the end they drop you off in front of your hotel, not the door. Over all I enjoyed the trip and glad we took it.

The tour of the ruins was great, but I got tired of our tour guide Vic telling us how we had to support the mayan People by buying their products and tipping them. The cenote wasn't as good as the one we visited the next day. Great tour inside the park but the bus guide I could have done away with.

As other reviewers mentioned, I'd prefer if we have more time at Chichen Itza.
Hotel pick-up and drop-off was nice. I didn't have any complaints about the tour guide until he started selling us the tourist stuffs. I didn't mind about that knowing that this is expected on tours.
We got to Chichen Itza around 2pm and 30 minutes into the tour at Chichen Itza, it started pouring. Had the lunch and shopping been cut short by 30 minutes, we would have more time exploring Chichen Itza. I was very disappointed.
I'm not sure if I would like to recommend this tour to others. Lunch was ok, and Cenote was nice. Other than cenote, there was nothing really nice about this tour.
