Day Tour to Mount Teide

Your adventure will begin with the ascent to the magnificent Canadas del Teide National Park, a route that will pass through the village of Chio.

The tour will then pass Chinyero volcano, which last erupted in 1909. In addition, you will be able to enjoy the beautiful views out over the Pico Viejo and across the amazing, far-reaching plains of Ucanca.

At this point, you will have the opportunity to photograph the impressive Roques de Garcia. Little by little, the base of the Teide, the highest peak on Spanish soils at a height of 2.3 miles (3,718 meters), will be reached and you can admire the spectacular forms and the orography of the volcanic terrain, which can be found in such abundance on the prized Canary Islands.

It is also possible to observe the eastern caldera, the Montana Blanca, and of course, the Piedra Pomez.
