Good value guided tour with knowledgeable guide. Town was an interesting experience, and the Danube River cruise back was very pleasant.

To be recommended. However, we would have preferred a little more time sightseeing. Nevertheless, worth doing.

The main reason for the disappointing rating was that we were late setting off on the trip, as the bus was late due to a run round the city, but this could have been planned for. Also, the jewelry stop at Caprice was supposed to be 30 minutes, and we were over an hour, and therefore only got about 2 hours in Szentendre. The tour would be better without the jewelry stop, as this was not very informative and a very uncomfortable 'hard' sell. The time spent in Szentendre was very enjoyable, but too short.

The hour-long river cruise back to Budapest was not that interesting, and we had to be at the pier 30 minutes before the cruise started. This only left a little more than two hours at the town.

It was not a good trip. One shop was worth visiting but we did not have much time in the town. It was a long bus ride for nothing, and we had to pay for a taxi to get back to our hotel.
