The tour is really good and covers almost all the points you wanted to visit while on a sightseeing visit to Berlin. The best part is that the bus frequency is really very good so you don't have to waste much time waiting. Could have been better if they include more language options.

We arrived late but before 4 p.m. on our first day but in time to catch the lady in the booth who refused to give us our tickets for the following day This meant another journey across the city to obtain our tickets the following day. When we were given our tickets the following day we had to return as we had been not been given the tickets for the boat tour. No information was given about which boat to catch and what time they left the pier. This is one of the worst city tours I have been on and I would not use this company again.
The lady in the ticket booth even told us her English as not good and she could not explain why she wouldnt give us the tickets on the first day other than to gesture to the forms she was completing. A tour company, an international city like Berlin and the tour representative cannot speak adequate English, it beggars belief.
