I was a bit disappointed with the Panda Garden but overall it was quite an enjoyable tour. The Summer Palace and Lama Temple were both really nice and the lunch was also good. Our guide was very knowledgeable

The Pandas were an absolute must see for my wife and we were fortunate that one of the pandas put on a bit of a show for us, rolling around and munching on what bambooo was available to it. The conditions that the pandas are kept in is, however, somewhat depressing in that they appreared to be bored and stressed and/or depressed. Michael, our tour guide, was informative and laid back, but always available for questions on all the site's seen.

Surprisinly my 16 year old son and mother enjoyed the tea house the best. Great guide.

This could be a wonderful tour experience if the add-on and hard sell shopping experience was not there.
Our tour guide focus on selling us addtional tours on the following days instead of our tour.
He also added two shopping stops The lady at the Dr. Tea shop told us to purchase the quantities she need in order to meet her quote.
Be aware if you decide to join this tour !!!
