We had a wonderful time at the Hard Rock Barcelona. We had great service from the time we walked in the door from the time we left. If you tire of eating Spanish food and have a yearn for a good American burger, this is the place to go. Great location also. Lanier Jones, Maryland USA

Priority seating worked fairly well, we only had to wait about 20 minutes for a seat. Disappointed to be shown downstairs instead of being seated in the buzzin area upstairs. Waited over 30 minutes for food while other people who came in after us got served before we did. Meals cold when they eventually arrived. Complaint dealt with well but meals were not particularly good. Several other tables also sending back their meals around us for various reasons. We have been to several HRC's over the world and this was the worst BUT the manager did deal with our complaint well (a free drink).

Both my partner and I were very disappointed with Barcelona HR Cafe. On arrival we handed in the voucher and were asked to wait for 10 mins for bleeper so that we could then join the queue for a table. I pointed out we had VIP priority seating and shouldn't need to wait to join the queue. After about 20 mins we were called and given a table. Waitress who welcomed us gave us menus and asked what drinks we would like. I pointed out that drinks were inclusive and asked what was available. No was the reply. When I told her we ahd a voucher for the Gold Menu she quickly whipped the menus away went to retrieve the voucher.Eventually the food arrived by a different waitress who plonked the plates in front of us with a "there you go" and then disappeared.The food was vey poor. Burnt chips that had been cooked in old dirty oil. Burger was OK nothing special. No sauces to accompany the food. Music and decor were not as expected - old MTV videos and more pop than rock music. As friends who have visited several of these HRCs around the world told us how good they are we expected far better and probably wont bother again.

WE WERE VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE 2 HOUR WAIT TIME WE HAD, SO SAID IN YOUR PROMOTION OF THIS CAFE THAT WE DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT, WE DEBATED TO BOOK OTHER BARCELONA TRIPS WITH THIS COMPANY, BUT DID NOT AFTER THIS DINING MESS.
