We missed our scheduled flight into Barcelona from Paris and the shutle driver was still in the area 2-3 hours after we were supposed to be there........REALLY APPRECIATED THAT!!!!!!!!!

Driver was not at meeting point when flight arrived. I had to ring company 3 times before driver finally appeared - almost an hr and a half later! Flight arrived at 11pm so this was annoying and also made me feel unsafe waiting alone late at night.

VERY POOR will not be using again as we had to wait 2hrs at the airport and made 3 phone calls before we had any one come and collect us. there where 3 other couples with us at the same time not at all happy

The scheduled pickup at the Barcelona Airport went very poorly. When I checked in at the counter, the agent advised me that there were no drivers available to transport us to the hotel. She advised me to hire a taxi and pay for it myself. When I explained that the reason I booked the pickup service was to avoid having to deal with a taxi. She stated that she was sorry but there were no drivers available for me. As I was leaving the agents office a driver approached me and said that he would take us to the hotel. He already had a full load but managed to squeeze us on his bus and delivered us to our hotel.
This was not the kind of service that I had expected.
