It was a lovely day trip! The coach was prompt on pickup, the drive out to Sounion was enjoyable and very scenic. Our tour guide was very informative! Sounion is spectacular and worth the trip!

It was a good programmed trip, with a very nice guide who told us the story of the temple along the way and added some interesting facts while on the site.
The archeological site is on one of the charmest views of Greece so it's a must for every tourist!
The trip to Cape Sounion took longer than expected due to a trffic accident near Piraeus, but once we had arrived, there was ample time to walk around the site and admire the setting and scenery. The Attic coastline with its various riviera-style resorts is very picturesque. Our guide was knowledgeable about the history of the site, both ancient and more recent, and was able to speak at some length on this and on life in Athens generally.

The coach trip along the coast at times were beautiful but we had a not so good coach driver, felt quite sick at the end of it. The ruins are right on the coast and look fantastic and the guide was very informative.

The tour was not worth the price as the guide did not speak loud enough and spoke with such a heavy accent that we had a hard time understanding her.
