Amsterdam Photography Walking Tour

Discover Amsterdam and learn how to take beautiful photos. Meet your professional photographer at the FOAM Photography Museum in Amsterdam. Start with short discussion about photography and in particular street photography. You'll head towards the beautiful Keizergracht with many interesting nooks and crannies with many photo opportunities.

You'll cross the Amstel via the "Magere Brug" and stroll to the bustling Waterlooplein Fleamarket. After enjoying yourself and finding interesting people and objects to shoot; walk through many alleys and lesser known backstreets to the Chinese Quarter and the back of the Red Light District.

From there we end at Central Stations where make photos of the people around the station.

You'll need to bring along a tri-pod (or we can loan one) and a SLR or high-end point and shoot camera. Photographers need to have the knowledge of how to adjust the white balance on their digital camera. Some of the things you will learn:

• How to improve the composition of your photos
• How to work with light and reflections from water
• How to develop your own style
• How to photographing people
